Refund Policy
Refund Policy

Dear Valued Readers,

At Becoming Her Magazine, our commitment is to provide you with top-notch digital content and products, and we appreciate your trust in our brand. However, given the unique nature of our digital offerings, we have established a comprehensive refund policy to address various scenarios and ensure a transparent and fair process.

Refund Eligibility:
As a digital magazine, we do not offer refunds for digital subscriptions or individual magazine purchases. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our digital products and services. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for any features or sales features.

Multiple Issues:
Becoming Her Magazine occasionally releases two issues per month to keep you engaged and informed. In the event of an incorrect purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund for user errors. It is crucial to note that ensuring the correct purchase is the responsibility of the customer. To assist in this process, we diligently include images of each feature alongside the cover of the issue, starting from September 2023. These visuals are intended to empower our readers to make informed choices and minimize any potential confusion during the selection process.

We understand that occasional mistakes can happen, and we encourage you to take the time to review the pictures provided to confirm that you are acquiring the desired content for yourself or the intended recipient. Our team will not authorize a refund for issues arising from user oversight. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Features Refund and Author Spotlight Policy:

At Becoming Her Magazine, we value the collaboration with our featured contributors and authors. Please note the following policies regarding refunds and author spotlights:

Refunds for Features, HerSpotlight, and Author Spotlights:

We do not provide refunds for features, HerSpotlight, or author spotlights. Our dedicated team invests considerable effort in crafting your article, and any errors will be promptly addressed within 48 hours, excluding holidays or weekends. The only errors that will fixed will be on the digital copy not the printed copy.(In the event your article is wrong and printed it's nothing we can not fix that issue. )

We do not provide refunds for our sales. All sales are final for our features services.
If a feature does not provide sufficient information for their article, it is the responsibility of the feature to submit the necessary information. Becoming Media will not issue a refund due to vague or incomplete responses regarding their story.

Editorial Adjustments:
Should a feature express dissatisfaction with their article, the magazine editors reserve the right to adhere to their vision for that particular issue. Our team works diligently to capture the essence of each feature and author's story.

Refund Clause in Feature Contract:
Please be advised that our feature contract, specifically outlined in Section 10 (No Refund Clause), explicitly states that no refunds will be issued for features or author spotlights. We encourage all contributors to review this section for a clear understanding of our policy. Click here for the contract.

Chargebacks and Blacklisting:
In the unfortunate event of a chargeback initiated by a feature, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to collaborate, and you will be added to our blacklist. This action entails being blocked from future engagements with our publication. For further clarification, please refer to the contract you signed, specifically in Section 10.

Exceptions:
While our general policy refrains from offering refunds, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise, particularly if a technical issue prevents access to our digital content. In such instances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We may require proof of the technical issue and will diligently review your request to provide a fair resolution.

Cancellation:
In the event that a refund request is not approved, please be aware that your subscription will remain active. You will continue to enjoy full access to our digital content and products for the remaining duration of your subscription period.

Policy on Multiple Digital Copies:
It's important to note that refunds are not available for the acquisition of multiple digital copies, given the potential for shared links among friends and family. If you happen to purchase more than one digital copy, we encourage responsible sharing of the link. As explicitly mentioned on the product page, highlighting the digital nature of the product, rectifying errors, or issuing refunds is not within the purview of Becoming Her Magazine. Becoming Her Magazine is a digital publication, prominently featured throughout our website.

Chargeback Clause:
In the event that a reader contacts their bank for a chargeback after receiving the digital product, we reserve the right to include them in our blacklist. This action entails being barred from future features in our publication and blocked from making any further purchases from our brand. We consider this measure necessary to uphold fairness and the rights of our team. It is imperative to understand that, in the case of an error, the responsibility lies with the purchaser, not the magazine or our team.

Policy Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify our refund policy at any time, and we assure you that in the event of any changes, we will provide timely notice to our valued readers. Your understanding and continued support are highly appreciated.

In conclusion, please be aware that once a digital issue is purchased, we are unable to process a refund, as access to the product is immediate. Additionally, given the affordable pricing of our digital issues, we are unable to accommodate refunds for customer errors. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and ongoing support of Becoming Her Magazine.

Your understanding and continued support of Becoming Her Magazine are sincerely appreciated.

Warm regards,
