Brittany Nicole, affectionately known as “B. Nicole,” has built an empire that speaks volumes about resilience, passion, and unyielding determination. From launching a fashion brand on the world’s biggest runway to opening her own salon suites after an intense year-long battle, Brittany’s story is one of grit, grace, and greatness.

Since childhood, Brittany Nicole was destined for leadership. “I dreamed of being a boss, a leader, or the best at whatever I pursued,” she recalls. Creativity was in her DNA whether designing fashion collections or excelling in the corporate world. Her artistic journey took off in 2016 when she debuted her fashion brand at New York Fashion Week. Her collections commanded attention, blending fierce individuality with refined craftsmanship. But fashion, like life, comes with seasons of highs and lows.

Even during slower seasons in the fashion world, Brittany remained undeterred. She wore many hats—fashion designer, sales operations manager, and now, salon owner. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to a transformative decision in October 2022: to become a franchise owner of Remedy Salon Suites Chamblee, alongside her brother, Brandon McCrary.

Opening Remedy Salon Suites Chamblee was no small feat. Brittany faced challenges that would have crushed many aspiring entrepreneurs. From unreliable contractors to tangled bureaucratic processes with the City of Chamblee and Dekalb County, the journey was marked by persistent delays. What was supposed to be a July 2023 grand opening was delayed by more than a year.

“When every possible obstacle came my way, I stayed focused on the bigger picture. I knew Remedy Chamblee would be a success—and beautiful,” Brittany shares. Her unwavering belief was fueled by the invaluable support of her mother, Wynetta McCrary, who stepped in when things got tough.
“She is such a Queen,” Brittany beams, crediting her mother’s strength and wisdom as her guiding light.
Amidst the entrepreneurial chaos, life threw Brittany the ultimate surprise—motherhood. In August 2023, she learned she was expecting her son, Zahyir. “Finding out I was pregnant during such a demanding season added more pressure, but it also gave me purpose like never before,” she reflects. Balancing entrepreneurship, a corporate career in cybersecurity, and motherhood could overwhelm anyone—but not Brittany. “I pushed harder—literally and figuratively!” she laughs, referencing her son’s birth in April 2024.

After countless challenges, Brittany Nicole is finally ready to unveil Remedy Salon Suites Chamblee on November 23, 2024. “I can truly say, I DID THAT!” she proclaims proudly. The salon suites are more than just a business; they represent resilience, generational wealth, and a legacy she’s building for her family.

Brittany’s ultimate mission extends beyond business success. “I love collaborating with other women in business, especially Black women,” she emphasizes. Through her story, she hopes to inspire others, proving that success is possible no matter the obstacles.
