Aleisha Green, professionally known as Laced By Leisha, is the epitome of passion meeting perseverance. Born and raised in the quaint town of Eutawville, South Carolina, Aleisha always had a clear vision of her future. At just seven years old, she would play dress-up as a hairstylist, already knowing that her passion for hair would be more than just a childhood dream—it would be her reality.

Fast forward to age 19, Aleisha turned that dream into action, opening her very first hair salon in her hometown. A remarkable achievement for anyone, let alone someone so young. But for Aleisha, this was just the beginning. In 2019, she expanded her expertise by launching her own lace product company, a bold move that solidified her name in the beauty industry. Her products can now be found in select hair stores, adding commercial success to her growing list of achievements.
However, life wasn't always a seamless braid. Amid personal setbacks, including the challenges of a divorce, Aleisha faced tough decisions. After seven successful years of running her salon, she made the difficult choice to close its doors. With her unshakable faith in God, she moved to Atlanta for a fresh start at age 27. This new chapter in her life didn't mean the end of her hairstyling career—it meant transformation.

Aleisha rebranded herself as a traveling hairstylist, offering her clients a unique convenience that would soon catapult her into the next level of her career. Atlanta, a hub of opportunity, opened doors she hadn't even imagined. Aleisha found herself working with celebrities on video and photo shoots, and even on television sets, showcasing her talent on a larger stage.
Now, with years of experience under her belt, Aleisha is venturing into a new chapter—coaching. Her soon-to-launch coaching academy will serve as a platform to inspire and educate aspiring and current beauty professionals, sharing her wisdom on navigating the industry, growing a business, and overcoming life's inevitable hurdles.
