By signing this contract, the Featured Individual affirms they have had the opportunity to thoroughly read and understand the document. Failure to review this document in its entirety does not exempt the Featured Individual from the obligations and responsibilities stipulated herein. This contract is intended to protect both Becoming Her Magazine and the Featured Individual. Should the Featured Individual fail to comply with the terms, Becoming Her Magazine reserves the right to revoke or modify the feature without notice.

1. Feature
1.1. Becoming Her Magazine (hereinafter referred to as the "Magazine") agrees to feature the Featured Individual in the issue specified in the congratulatory email.
1.2. The Featured Individual agrees to actively participate in the feature and provide all required materials by the deadline outlined by the Magazine.

2. Article
2.1. The Featured Individual shall provide comprehensive answers to interview questions for the article, which will be published in the agreed-upon issue as stated in the congratulatory email.
2.2. The Featured Individual agrees to submit the following materials:

Biography (written in the third person)

Social media handles
-
Website link
-
High-quality images (refer to the Image Quality Requirement)

Signed contract ( Provide a screenshot in the drive Name, Contract Date)

3. I Am Featured In Becoming Her Magazine
3.1. The Featured Individual must post the "I AM FEATURED IN BECOMING HER MAGAZINE" graphic on their main social media feed within three (3) business days of receiving the congratulatory email and must tag @becominghermag.
3.2. Failure to provide high-quality images by the stated deadline will result in the use of a standard "Experience Cover" graphic.
3.3. The Magazine will not search for photographs on social media. It is the sole responsibility of the Featured Individual to submit the required materials via Google Drive.
3.4. Once the Experience Cover is finalized, no revisions will be permitted.

4. Social Media Sharing
4.1. The Featured Individual is required to share the graphics provided by Becoming Her Magazine on their primary personal or business social media accounts upon receipt of their congratulations email.
4.2. The Featured Individual must post the "Experience Cover" graphic within three (3) business days and tag @becominghermag.
4.3. To ensure proper visibility, the Featured Individual must tag Becoming Her Magazine when sharing the feature on social media accounts.
4.4. The Featured Individual is required to share the approved graphics across their main feed, not restricted to friends-only lists. Failure to comply will result in inclusion on the "Black List," prohibiting future collaborations.
4.5. The Featured Individual must not crop or truncate the name "Becoming Her Magazine" from graphics or materials when sharing on social media.

5. Social Media Clause
5.1. It is the sole responsibility of the Featured Individual to provide accurate social media handles for inclusion in the feature.
5.2. Becoming Her Magazine will not search for or assume responsibility for determining which social media accounts the Featured Individual wishes to promote.
5.3. Failure to submit the desired social media handles in the designated Google Drive folder will result in their exclusion from the feature.

6. Image Quality Requirement
6.1. The Featured Individual must submit high-quality images that align with the Magazine's branding and publication standards.
6.2. If the images provided do not meet the Magazine’s standards, a standard graphic will be used in place of personalized content.
6.3. The Magazine will not source images from online platforms and is not responsible for acquiring alternative imagery.
7. No Pictures
7.1. If the images submitted do not meet the Magazine’s standards, the feature may proceed as an article without accompanying images.
7.2. The Magazine will not use low-quality or inappropriate photographs in its publications.
8. Photo Release
8.1. The Featured Individual grants the Magazine permission to use any submitted photographs for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes.
9. Photo Submission Clause
9.1. The Featured Individual is responsible for submitting four (4) to ten (10) high-resolution images within the specified deadline.
9.2. The Magazine will not issue follow-up reminders for missing images, and failure to submit the required materials may result in postponement of the feature.
10. Non-Usage of AI-Generated Pictures
10.1. The Magazine prohibits the use of AI-generated or manipulated images.
10.2. The Magazine reserves the right to reject any image it deems to be inconsistent with its brand values.
11. No Overly Sexual Pictures
11.1. The Magazine will reject any photographs deemed overly sexual or inappropriate.
11.2. The Magazine will not publish any content or imagery that conflicts with its professional standards.

12. Photographer Credit Information
12.1. The Featured Individual is responsible for providing accurate photographer credit information at the time of image submission.
12.2. Failure to provide credit will result in the omission of photographer details.
13. Featuring You More Than Once
13.1. In the event the Magazine decides to feature the Featured Individual more than once, the Magazine reserves the right to recycle or reuse the article in a future issue without prior notification to the Featured Individual.
13.2. The Magazine may republish, in full or in part, the Featured Individual’s article across multiple issues as deemed necessary.
14. Promotion Requirement for Free Features
14.1. If a feature is offered for free, the Featured Individual must refer 10 individuals to subscribe to or purchase a digital issue within 30 days.
14.2. Failure to meet this requirement will result in an invoice for the regular feature rate.
15. Positive Representation
15.1. The Magazine commits to using the images and content associated with the Featured Party in a positive light, consistent with the Magazine's core values.
16. Non-Usage of Questions and Answers from Other Publications
16.1. The Featured Individual affirms that any questions and answers (Q&A) content featured in the Magazine has not been previously published in any other publication, platform, or medium.
16.2. The content provided to the Magazine must be original and not published elsewhere.
17. Spiritual and Feature Content Clause
17.1. Becoming Her Magazine adheres to a God-affirming brand identity and does not feature content that conflicts with these values.
17.2. The Magazine reserves the right to omit or reject any content that is inconsistent with its spiritual values.
18. Website Feature Clause
18.1. If the package specifically pertains to an online feature, it does not include a printed magazine feature.
18.2. The feature will be presented solely in an online format, accessible through the Magazine’s digital platform.
18.3. The undersigned party understands and accepts that the feature will be limited to online visibility and will not involve any print or physical distribution.
18.4. This online feature is subject to all other terms and conditions outlined in this contract, and failure to comply with these terms may result in a breach of contract.
19. Receiving Your Article
19.1. Upon publication, the Featured Individual will receive a follow-up email containing a link where they can download their article.
19.2. The Magazine reserves the right to send this link after publication and is not obligated to notify the Featured Individual prior to the release date.
20. Video Promotion
20.1. The Featured Individual must send a 1-2 minute video about their brand or story.
20.2. If no video is submitted, the Magazine will not create or feature a video.
20.3. The video should conclude with, “Make sure to check out my article in Becoming Her Magazine.”
21. Newsletter Subscription
21.1. The Featured Individual agrees to subscribe to the Magazine’s email newsletter and receive updates about events, promotions, and articles.
22. No Refund Policy
22.1. All payments made to Becoming Her Magazine are non-refundable.
22.2. In cases of emergency, a feature may be postponed for up to six (6) months, after which the Featured Individual will need to repay for the service.
22.3. No refunds are granted for missed deadlines or unfulfilled obligations.
22.4. This no-refund policy applies to all payments, services, or benefits provided.
22.5. Initiating a chargeback will result in the immediate removal of the feature and the Featured Individual’s placement on the Magazine's "Black List."
23. Errors and Corrections
23.1. The Magazine reserves the right to correct any errors in the digital version of the publication.
23.2. Errors must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of the article's publication.
24. Deadline Enforcement
24.1. If the Featured Individual fails to submit all required materials by the specified deadline, the feature may be postponed to a subsequent issue without refund.
24.2. The Featured Individual will be granted a three-month grace period to submit their materials.
24.3. Missed deadlines do not constitute a breach of contract as long as postponement is communicated.
24.4. Free features are not eligible for a grace period, and submission deadlines are final.
25. Representations and Warranties
25.1. The Featured Individual represents and warrants that:

The article does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights of any third party.

The Featured Individual has full rights to enter into this Agreement.
26. Moral Clause
26.1. The Magazine reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Featured Individual engages in behavior that could harm the Magazine’s reputation.
27. NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
27.1. The Featured Individual agrees not to disclose any confidential information related to Becoming Her Magazine. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client information, internal communications, financial data, and proprietary information.
27.2. Confidentiality obligations will remain in effect for seventy-five (75) years from the signing of this Agreement.
27.3. Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action for damages incurred by the Magazine.
28. Publication Timing Clause
28.1. Standard publication dates are set for the 8th of each month.
28.2. The Magazine reserves the right to adjust publication dates as needed.
28.3. Any updates on timing changes will be posted on the Magazine’s social media accounts.
29. Termination and Contract Amendments
29.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other.
29.2. The Magazine reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Featured Individual fails to fulfill their contractual obligations.
29.3. The Magazine retains the right to make necessary changes to this Agreement without prior notice. The Featured Individual is responsible for staying informed of updates by visiting becominghermagazine.com/collabcontract.
30. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
31. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.

Electronic Signature:
Both parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement may be executed and delivered electronically. Electronic signatures, whether digital or scanned, shall be considered valid and have the same legal effect as original signatures.
